How to Make a Movie Using Sims 1?

Have you ever tried to direct a Sims Movie on The Sims 1.0 but there is no video recording feature. With this simple and free tutorial, you will be making Sims 1 machinimas in no time!

First download Fraps from their website, http://www.fraps.com/download.phpWH.performance.mark('step1_rendered');

When you have downloaded Fraps, install it to any destination you like.

Open Fraps up on your computer. It's usually located in your Start Menu.

When Fraps comes up, go on to Movies, then set up the hotkey for recording to something simple, ex. F6/F1. Then at the top make a destination path for your movies. Make a New Folder, ex. The Sims 1 Movies.

When you've done that, make a movie by starting with a script and a plot, Pick a Genre like Horror, Action, Romance, etc.
When you have thought of a plot, begin filming by following these steps.Go on to The Sims 1 or any other expansion packs you have.WH.shared.addScrollLoadItem('img_7509d12d62')Then create your characters and your location/set. You can voiceover the movie with you or a friends voice. An alternate method of dialogue is adding subtitles.

When you've finished editing publish your film to video sharing sites like YouTube, or just share the movie with friends and family.
